      When will I receive my order?

      We deliver within 2–5 working days to Bulgaria and 4–7 days to Romania. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

      What condition does the sapling arrive in?

      The sapling arrives grafted onto a vegetative rootstock, either bare-root or in a container (depending on the season). It's carefully packed for safe transport. Height on delivery: 80–130 cm.

      What's the guarantee?

      We offer our “Health & Bloom” Guarantee ™ — if your plant doesn't survive 30 days after delivery under normal care, we'll replace it free of charge. Just take a photo and email us at info@alveraplant.com.

      Is it suitable for Romania?
