Description

Compact, cold-hardy and reliable. Kelleris 14 is a Danish hybrid between sour cherry and cherry: a small tree that crops early, regularly and heavily, with dark-red fruit of around 5 g in early July. At full ripeness it can even be harvested by shaking.

Botanical name Prunus cerasus ‘Kelleriis 14’ (Ostheimer × Tržišna Rana)
Fruit Medium to large (about 5 g), round, dark red
Taste Medium-firm, juicy flesh; sour-sweet, aromatic; dark-red juice
Harvest Early July
Pollination Self-fertile; steadier yields with a pollinator, such as Kelleris 16
Cold hardiness High to frost; moderately susceptible to brown rot (Monilia)
Uses Fresh, freezing, processing
Care For high yields — regular nitrogen feeding
Sapling Grafted; bare-root or container
Delivery 2–5 business days (Bulgaria); 4–7 days (Romania)

💡 Nursery tip: plant the pair Kelleris 16 + Kelleris 14 — they secure each other's pollination and their fruit ripens in sequence.

🍒 What to expect: the first fruit usually comes in the 2nd–3rd year after planting.
“Health & Bloom™” Guarantee — the sapling arrives carefully packed and ready to plant.
