Description

The most-planted peach in the world — for good reason. Redhaven is the American variety that became the global standard: exceptionally cold-hardy flower buds (a reliable harvest even in mountain areas), self-pollinating and with that classic sweet, aromatic peach flavour.

Botanical name Prunus persica ‘Redhaven’ (USA)
Fruit Medium-large; red with yellow flesh; freestone
Taste Sweet, aromatic, excellent quality
Pollination Self-pollinating — a single tree is enough
Harvest 20–25 July
Cold hardiness Down to -26°C (USDA 5–8); frost-hardy flower buds — suitable even for mountain areas
Uses Fresh, compotes, jam, drying
Sun & soil Full sun (6–8 h); well-drained soil, pH 6.0–7.0; 4–5 m apart
Sapling Grafted on GF 677; height 80–130 cm; bare-root or container
Delivery 2–5 business days (Bulgaria); 4–7 days (Romania)

💡 Nursery tip: if you're planting your first peach — this is the variety. For peaches into September, add the late Red Fall.

🍑 What to expect: the first fruit usually arrives in the 2nd–3rd year after planting.
“Health & Bloom™” Guarantee — the sapling arrives carefully packed and ready to plant.
